Worst hotel ever. Dirty sink, dirty toilet buttons. Fridge broken, so I wanted to switch rooms but said no more open rooms(there was many open rooms online). So I ordered ice and was said no ice as well. Reception man’s attitude is the worst person I met in Egypt. DO NOT STAY HERE. 最悪なホテル。 水回りもトイレのボタンも汚い。 冷蔵庫は壊れており部屋変えてと頼んでも空いてないと(予約できるので確実に空いてる)。 最終的に氷頼んだら氷もないと。リセプションの人もエジプト1で態度悪い。 こんなホテル潰れて欲しいんで絶対に日本の皆さん泊まらないで下さい。

i stayed here twice. the first stay was decent, the room was much better than other hotel in Cairo, so i decided to book again. but the second time was really disappointing, the management could do much better. they started maintenance with extremely loud drilling at 8 AM, which woke me up in a very bad mood. then the housekeeping tried to enter my room suddenly after just a quick knock, without giving me any chance to answer the door. luckily, i had locked it, and i had to shout for him to leave. overall, a very bad experience, need much improvement.

الغرفه فيها صراصير حشرات وبعاوض موضف الاستقبال كم مره يواعدنا يغير الغرفه بعدين يرفض يبلغنا انه غير متوفر غرف علماً ان بموقع ترب كان متوفر غرف للحجز مره اخرى الى ان طلعنا من الفندق نفس الغرفه
